Art has no meaning because it has many meanings, infinite meanings. Art is different for every individual, and is definable only by the given individual.
~ Keith Haring
I am an interdisciplinary artist raised on cartoons, comics, and street art. I play with the medium of drawing in an attempt to capture the absurd and the alien. Reality bores me. Therefore, my objects, spaces, and patterns bend, twist, and warp in ways that defy our understanding of physical constraints.
I live just outside of Baltimore, Maryland and serve a professor of art and design at a one of the largest community colleges in the state. I teach classes in drawing, illustration, and motion graphics. Before transitioning to full time teaching, I worked in the design industry as an illustrator, designer, and art director for interactive and print media.
